Order Processing Times
Once you place an order on CorporateUniform (Official Promotors), we verify payment and begin processing.
- In-stock items: 24–48 business hours to pack and hand over to courier.
- Customized / made-to-order: 3–7 business days for production before dispatch (bulk orders may vary).
- Cut-off Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Timelines are estimates from the dispatch date. Remote locations and peak seasons may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- India: Flat ₹79 per order; Free for prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹49 handling fee (see COD section).
- Bulk/Corporate: Calculated based on weight/volumetric or contract terms; quoted at checkout or by your Account Manager.
- International: Calculated at checkout by destination & weight. Duties/taxes are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to adjust rates to reflect courier surcharges or fuel adjustments.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also check status via My Orders in your account.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after pickup.
- Split shipments are possible; each parcel will have its own tracking ID.
Cash on Delivery (India)
- COD available for orders between ₹499 and ₹9,999, subject to serviceability by our courier partner.
- COD handling fee: ₹49 per order. (Non-refundable once dispatched.)
- Please keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery. Repeated COD refusals may limit COD eligibility.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or import fees assessed by their country.
- Refused or unclaimed international parcels cannot be refunded for shipping charges; return charges may also apply.
- If your country requires additional documents (e.g., importer ID), our team will contact you.
Address Changes & Rerouting
- Address changes can be accepted before dispatch. Email us at support@corporateuniform.example with your Order ID.
- After dispatch, rerouting or pickup-point requests are subject to courier approval and may incur a fee.
Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Packages
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated attempts, the parcel may return to us.
- Reshipment: Actual re-shipping charges apply.
- Refunds: Product cost only (less original shipping/COD fees) for eligible prepaid orders. Customized items are non-returnable (see Returns policy).
Damage, Missing Items, or Lost in Transit
- Please record unboxing on video for claims. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and the outer packaging label.
- If the parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise an investigation with the courier.
- Claims are processed per courier outcome; replacements or refunds are provided where validated.
Unforeseen Delays & Holidays
We strive to meet timelines; however, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, sudden route restrictions, customs inspections, or peak-season surges.
- Dispatch is paused on Sundays and national holidays.
- Force-majeure events may extend both processing and transit times.
